​How Do I Place An Order?

Payment and Jewelry Local Pickup Only

 

For the custom jewelry designs created for our clients we accept payment through PayPal and the email address for the PayPal is tatyanatkjewelrydesign@gmail.com  All payments are made is CAD currency.

 

All jewelry design orders are prepaid for then the custom made jewelry is made for the client.  Once the jewelry is ready for pickup you will be emailed with the details of the location for where you can pickup your jewelry.

 

The custom made jewelry varies in price based on the materials and the design patterns requested for the jewelry piece(s).  Please send us an email with your jewelry request design and we will send you a quote of how much your request order will cost.

All the jewelry designs are locally made by Tatyana Ka & EL KA.  The handmade crafted jewelry is supposed to be picked up by in person pickup only by the clients in South Surrey, B.C., Canada.  Please call us at 604-442-8854, send us an email at tatyanatkjewelrydesign@gmail.com or seekingthetruthinreality@gmail.com in order to arrange a date and time to pickup your finished jewelry.  The directions to TK Jewelry will be provided in the email where to come for your jewelry pickup.

Returns and Refunds

 

The custom jewelry designed by Tatyana Ka & EL KA is unique and one of a kind, so there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.  There is a two week repair policy so if the jewelry breaks or is damaged it can be brought in to TK Jewelry to be repaired for a $55 CAD repair fee.  If extra components are needed to repair the jewelry or replace materials then the repair fee could be more than $55 CAD.

Jewelry Pickup Policy

 

When the jewelry order is being picked up locally by the client in South Surrey please wear your own mask and follow the standard social distancing measures during the jewelry pickup.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Your privacy is assured by TK Jewelry.  We will not share any of your personal information like your name or address with any individuals, third parties or agencies.  All product ordering information is protected and secure so your financial details will never be shared with anyone outside of TK Jewelry.
